Equipment

  • drinking glass
  • measuring spoon
  • mixing spoon

Ingredients

  • 240 ml filtered water (1 glass)
  • 1/8 tsp mineral salt (Himalayan or Persian blue salt)
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Pour 1 glass (about 240 ml) of filtered water into a cup.
  • Add a small pinch (about 1/8 tsp) of mineral salt to the water.
  • Stir well until the salt is fully dissolved.
  • Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice if desired.
  • Add a small amount of honey if you prefer a slightly sweet taste.
  • Taste and adjust slightly, keeping the salt minimal. Drink immediately.

Notes

Use only a small pinch of salt to avoid excessive sodium intake. Optional lemon juice adds freshness, while honey provides light sweetness. Best consumed once daily, preferably in the morning. Avoid if you are on a low-sodium diet.
