Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup cold whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons blue raspberry syrup or concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon blueberry juice or puree
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

Instructions

  • Add the vanilla ice cream to a blender
  • Pour in cold milk and blue raspberry syrup
  • Stir in blueberry puree and a pinch of salt
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
  • Add a few ice cubes if you want a thicker consistency
  • Pour into two glasses and serve immediately

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half of the whole milk with low-fat milk or almond milk.
Use real blueberries blended with a small bit of water to substitute blueberry puree if preferred.
Blue raspberry syrup can be substituted with store-bought blue raspberry flavoring or a mix of raspberry and blueberry syrup for authentic flavor.
