Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz blue curaçao syrup
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • ½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • Garnish: fresh pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry

Instructions

  • Fill a shaker with ice
  • Add blue curaçao syrup, coconut cream, and lime juice
  • Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice
  • Top with pineapple juice
