Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 green tea bag (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat water until warm but not boiling.
  • Add grated ginger and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  • Add the green tea bag and steep for 2–3 minutes if using.
  • Remove the tea bag and strain the ginger.
  • Stir in fresh lemon juice.
  • Drink warm for best results.
