Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water or herbal tea
  • sugar-free flavoring or a splash of natural juice (optional)

Instructions

  • Bring 1 cup of water to a near boil to prepare for dissolving the gelatin.
  • Slowly sprinkle gelatin into the hot water while stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
  • Add 1 cup of cold water or herbal tea and mix well.
  • Add optional sugar-free flavoring or juice for taste and stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into containers and refrigerate for 2–4 hours until fully set.
  • Serve chilled and store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Notes

Always dissolve gelatin completely in hot water to avoid clumps. Use sugar-free flavoring to keep calories low. Adjust texture by slightly modifying gelatin quantity. Chill for at least 2–4 hours for best results. Store in the fridge up to 5 days.
