Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add gelatin to cold water and let it sit for 3–5 minutes to bloom.
  • Pour in hot water and stir continuously until the gelatin fully dissolves into a smooth liquid.
  • Add your preferred flavoring such as lemon juice, sugar-free mix, or light fruit puree, and stir well.
  • Pour the mixture into small containers or molds.
  • Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
  • Serve as cubes or portions and keep refrigerated for later use.

Notes

Always bloom gelatin before adding hot liquid to prevent clumps. Adjust water ratio for softer or firmer texture. Use natural or sugar-free flavoring to keep calories low. Chill fully for at least 2–3 hours. Store in the refrigerator and portion ahead for consistency.
