Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural fruit juice (apple or grape)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or grated ginger (optional)

Instructions

  • Pour the fruit juice into a saucepan and warm it over low heat without boiling.
  • Add honey and apple cider vinegar to the warm juice and stir until combined.
  • Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the mixture and let it bloom for 2 minutes.
  • Stir continuously on low heat until the gelatin fully dissolves.
  • Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow container.
  • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until the gummies are firm.
  • Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Use raw apple cider vinegar with the mother for best results. Avoid overheating to preserve quality. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7–10 days. Start with small portions if new to ACV.
