Ingredients

  • 1–2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)
  • 1 cup warm or room temperature water
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup of water to a glass.
  • Add 1–2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
