Equipment

  • air fryer
  • mixing bowl
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • tongs

Ingredients

  • 500 g steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the steak into evenly sized cubes, about 1 to 1.5 inches.
  • Place the steak cubes in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook for 7–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until desired doneness is reached.
  • Toss the hot steak bites with melted garlic butter and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use ribeye or sirloin and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. You can add paprika or garlic powder for extra flavor. Let the steak rest for 2–3 minutes after cooking for better juiciness.
