Equipment

  • air fryer
  • tongs
  • meat thermometer

Ingredients

  • 4 sausages

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375–400°F for 3–5 minutes.
  • Place the sausages in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, leaving space between them for airflow.
  • Cook the sausages for 8–12 minutes depending on their size and thickness.
  • Flip the sausages halfway through cooking to ensure even browning and crisp texture.
  • Check that the sausages are fully cooked and have reached a safe internal temperature before serving.
  • Let the sausages rest for 1–2 minutes before serving to help retain juices.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket or the sausages may cook unevenly. Turn sausages halfway through cooking for the best crisp texture. Frozen sausages may need an additional 3–5 minutes. Let sausages rest briefly before serving to retain juices.
