Equipment

  • air fryer
  • tongs
  • meat thermometer optional for checking doneness

Ingredients

  • 4 sausages (pork, chicken, turkey, or beef)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F–400°F for 3–5 minutes.
  • Place the sausages in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  • Cook the sausages for 8–12 minutes depending on their thickness.
  • Flip or shake the basket halfway through cooking for even browning.
  • Check that sausages are fully cooked inside and browned outside.
  • Let sausages rest for 1–2 minutes before serving to keep them juicy.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the basket for even cooking. Flip sausages halfway through for consistent browning. Check doneness early to prevent overcooking. Let sausages rest briefly before serving to retain juices.
