Equipment

  • air fryer
  • mixing bowl
  • cutting board
  • knife
  • tongs or spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets to ensure even cooking.
  • Place the florets in a bowl, add olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for a few minutes.
  • Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Remove when golden and crispy. Serve immediately and add extra seasoning or parmesan if desired.

Notes

For extra crispiness, cook 2–3 minutes longer at the end. Avoid overcrowding the basket and keep florets dry before cooking. Add parmesan, paprika, or lemon juice for flavor variations. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days and reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
