Equipment

  • air fryer
  • tongs

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen mozzarella sticks
  • 1 spray cooking spray (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F for 2–3 minutes.
  • Place frozen mozzarella sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece.
  • Lightly spray with cooking spray if extra crispiness is desired.
  • Cook for 6–8 minutes, starting with 6 minutes and checking for doneness.
  • Flip the cheese sticks halfway through cooking (around 3–4 minutes).
  • Check for a golden crispy exterior and remove immediately if cheese starts to leak.
  • Let cool for 1–2 minutes before serving as the cheese inside will be very hot.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the basket to ensure even cooking. Keep temperature between 380°F and 390°F to prevent cheese from leaking. Watch closely in the last minute. Serve with marinara, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce for best results.
