Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 300°F for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk or blend the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until completely smooth.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, spinach, and green onions.
  • Lightly grease silicone egg bite molds and fill each cup about three-quarters full with the egg mixture.
  • Place the molds carefully into the air fryer basket while leaving space around the sides for airflow.
  • Cook the egg bites at 300°F to 320°F for 8 to 12 minutes or until lightly puffed and set in the center.
  • Allow the egg bites to rest for 1 minute before removing them from the molds.
  • Serve warm or store in an airtight container for meal prep breakfasts throughout the week.

Notes

For extra fluffy texture, blend the eggs for a few seconds before cooking. Avoid overfilling the molds or using too much liquid. Silicone molds work best for easy release. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for several days and reheat in the air fryer at low temperature for a few minutes.
