Ingredients

  • 12 oz chicken sausage, sliced (3–4 links)
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1.5 cups zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
  • Slice the chicken sausage into ½-inch rounds and chop all vegetables into similar-sized pieces.
  • Add sausage and vegetables to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread the mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even browning.
  • Check that sausage is browned and vegetables are tender with slightly crisp edges. Serve immediately.
