  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 cup Water (or Coconut Water for extra hydration)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • 12 teaspoons Honey or Stevia (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth. You can strain it for a smoother texture or leave it as is for a pulpy drink.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk matcha powder with a little warm water until fully dissolved.
  3. Combine the watermelon puree, matcha, and lemon juice in a shaker or jar.
  4. Add ice cubes for a refreshing chill.
  5. Sweeten with honey or stevia to taste, then shake well or stir.
  6. Pour into a glass, serve, and enjoy your refreshing, hydrating, and energizing drink.

Notes

For extra hydration, use coconut water instead of regular water. Add mint leaves for a refreshing twist or adjust the sweetness to your liking.
