Instructions
- Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth. You can strain it for a smoother texture or leave it as is for a pulpy drink.
- In a separate bowl, whisk matcha powder with a little warm water until fully dissolved.
- Combine the watermelon puree, matcha, and lemon juice in a shaker or jar.
- Add ice cubes for a refreshing chill.
- Sweeten with honey or stevia to taste, then shake well or stir.
- Pour into a glass, serve, and enjoy your refreshing, hydrating, and energizing drink.
Notes
For extra hydration, use coconut water instead of regular water. Add mint leaves for a refreshing twist or adjust the sweetness to your liking.
