- Juice of Half a Lemon

Instructions
- Warm the water to a comfortable temperature.
- Add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt and stir until dissolved.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the drink.
- If desired, add 1 teaspoon of honey for sweetness.
- Stir well and drink in the morning or before meals for hydration and digestion support.
