- 1 cup of raspberries
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of green tea powder (Matcha)
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey or stevia (optional)
Instructions
- Brew your green tea or add matcha powder to the blender.
- Add 1 cup of raspberries to the blender.
- If desired, add 1 tablespoon of honey or stevia for sweetness.
- Blend all ingredients on high until smooth. Add more almond milk or water if needed to adjust consistency.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Optional garnish with raspberries or a slice of lemon for decoration.
Notes
To make your smoothie even more nutrient-packed, consider adding chia seeds, flax seeds, or Greek yogurt for additional protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
