Instructions
- Slice the lemon into thin wedges or rounds. If using larger berries like strawberries, cut them into halves or quarters.
- Place the lemon slices, mixed berries, and fresh mint leaves into a large pitcher or jar.
- Gently crush the mint leaves to release their oils and flavors.
- Pour 4 cups of water over the ingredients. Use still or sparkling water based on your preference.
- Refrigerate the detox water for at least 1-2 hours, or overnight for a more intense flavor.
- Serve and enjoy the refreshing, hydrating drink. Add ice for extra coldness if desired.
