- 1 green tea bag or 1 tablespoon of loose green tea
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled and sliced)
- 1 lemon (sliced)

- 8 oz. hot water
Instructions
- Boil 8 oz. of water and pour it over the green tea bag or loose green tea in a mug.
- Add the ginger slices to the tea while it steeps.
- Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag or strain the loose tea leaves.
- Add the lemon slices to the tea and stir well.
- Drink the tea immediately on an empty stomach for maximum detox benefits.
