Fresh and natural ingredients for Japanese Mounjaro: ginger, cinnamon, green tea, and lemon. 1-inch piece Fresh Ginger Root (sliced)
- 1–2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1–2 Green Tea Bags
- 1/2 Lemon (juice)
- 1–2 cups Hot Water
Instructions
- Boil water and add the ginger and cinnamon sticks. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and steep the green tea bags in the mixture for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the fresh lemon juice, stir well, and enjoy. This drink can be consumed hot or cold.
Notes
For best results, drink Mounjaro regularly in the morning or before meals to aid digestion and boost metabolism.
