Ingredients

  • 12 teaspoons of high-quality ceremonial grade matcha powder
  • 23 tablespoons of hot water
  • 1 cup of milk or milk alternative (like oat, almond, or coconut milk)

Instructions

  1. Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to avoid clumps.
  2. Whisk the matcha powder with 2-3 tablespoons of hot water until it’s fully dissolved and frothy.
  3. Add your preferred sweetener to the matcha mixture if desired.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour 1 cup of your preferred milk into the glass with ice.
  6. Slowly pour the matcha mixture over the milk and ice, then stir to combine.
