Ingredients

  • Rice
  • Black beans

  • Lime and cilantro
  • Chili peppers (optional)
  • Coconut milk (optional)
  • Fish sauce or soy sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken or beef with salt, pepper, and cumin. Sear the protein in olive oil until browned. Set it aside and cut into bite-sized pieces.
