The natural ingredients for Bariatric Tea: green tea, ginger, lemon, and honey to boost metabolism. 1 green tea bag or 1-2 teaspoons of loose-leaf green tea
- 1–2 slices of fresh ginger (or 1 teaspoon of grated ginger)
- Juice from half a lemon
- Hot water (about 1-2 cups)
Instructions
- Boil water and add the green tea bag or loose-leaf green tea. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
- While the tea is steeping, add the fresh ginger slices to the water. Let it steep for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag (or strain the loose-leaf tea) and ginger.
- Add the fresh lemon juice to the tea. Stir well.
- Drink warm or chilled, depending on your preference.
Notes
For best results, drink Bariatric Tea 1-2 times a day. It’s particularly effective when consumed in the morning or before meals.
