- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
- ¼ cup milk (optional, depending on the consistency of the batter)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chunks or chips.
- If the batter seems too thick, add milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Spoon the batter into muffin tins, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
